When you step outside in Texas, what’s the first thing you do? Put on your sunglasses, right? The sun can be so brutally bright - not to mention hot - that it feels like your eyes are going to cook right in their sockets. Needless to say, that’s bad.
What about your car? No matter how slick your car is, it’s basically a metal box with glass panes all around it. Those panes don’t provide nearly the sun protection for your car’s interior that your Ray Bans do for your delicate eyeballs. When it comes to heat, glare, and UV radiation, regular windows might as well not even be there.
So your interior gets super hot if you park outside for like ten seconds, and when you’re driving you soak up UV rays like a sunbather on the beach. And without proper protection, the sun exposure can cause your dashboard and your leather seats to become brittle and crack.

That’s where a properly applied window tint can make a tremendous difference for your car and its occupants. At Vivë, we offer the most advanced nano window tint in the world. With Nano Ceramic Technology, the nano tint utilizes precious metals - silver and gold - to allow in the maximum amount of light, but reject the maximum amount of heat without increasing the visual reflectivity of the glass.
We can tint up to 30% (the Texas limit, y’all), with premium film material ranging from SunTek CeramicIR to S-TEK NEX Series for advanced UV protection (up to 99%) and heat rejection. Our tint provides a non-reflective “black” finish and carry manufacturer’s LIFETIME limited warranty with protection against film fading.

This recommendation often comes as a surprise because most people think only of outdoor sun safety when they think of skin cancer prevention. While wearing sunscreen, covering up and staying in the shade are all keys to helping protect against the sun’s Ultraviolet Rays (UV) while outside, our line of window tint protects you and your family while indoors, especially on the road.
Advanced deflection of harmful rays.
Solar radiation is made up of 3 components; visible light, infrared, and ultraviolet rays. As solar radiation comes in contact with your auto glass, particles embedded in your nano-ceramic tint will deflect and block out the harmful rays and much of the heat, while allowing the visible light and a greatly reduced amount of heat to pass through.
our Process
Measure twice, cut once.
We plot the precise dimensions of each window or windshield by computer and have the C&C machine - the same machine we use for Paint Protection Film; cut the nano-ceramic tint with digital precision before it ever touches your glass. No razor blades against your glass. Ever.
Protecting your baby.
Any tint application, whether old-style film or the nano-ceramic tint we install at Vivë, requires water in the process. (We use only purified water in adhering the tint to the glass, by the way.) At Vivë, we take every possible precaution - two-to-three times the precautions taken at regular shops - to prevent water from coming in contact with anything that could be damaged.
Professional Installation.
Each pre-cut sheet of film is custom fitted to your glass by experienced, professional technicians. All Vivë technicians are required to pass the Certified Film Installation Test administered by SunTek and S-TEK.
Finishing touches.
A careful application of heat to shrink and seal the tint to the glass and you’re ready to go. No bubbles. No scratches. No worries. Enjoy your new look and your cooler car!

Fifteen years ago, I was in the same place. I’d just bought my first “high-performance car” - a Silverstone Metallic Nissan 350Z, 287hp (I know, I know…). I’d dreamed of this car for years, and buying it made me feel like I’d finally made it. But then the paranoia set in. What if it got scratched? What about all the road debris? The sweltering heat of a Houston summer would surely fade the paint! Suddenly, I wanted to keep it safe in the garage and only take it out on the most perfect of days.
I became obsessed with car care - not just washing it on the weekends (which I did religiously!), but researching the best products and techniques for keeping my precious Z in pristine condition. Soon, my obsession turned into a part-time side hustle...car guys and gals just like me had a hard time finding someone who would take such excellent care of their vehicles. Forget about Bubba down at the corner car wash - they wanted someone who knew cars inside and out, who could CARE for them, not just CLEAN them.
