Yes—we work by appointment only and will require a small deposit to hold your spot. Special-order fashion films (e.g., STEK colors/patterns) require prepayment of the material cost, which is non-refundable and includes tax and shipping. If you cancel, you can reschedule once or take possession of the special-order film.
We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, cash, and check. For larger projects, we also offer financing options.
Yes—vehicles are stored inside our secured, climate-controlled facility. We can accommodate most SUVs and trucks, and we regularly handle large or specialty vehicles. For oversized requests (RVs, medium boats), share dimensions in advance and we’ll confirm fit and setup.

Yes—complimentary loaner cars are available on a first-come, first-served basis. If you’d like one, let us know when booking so we can reserve it and confirm license/insurance. We also have rideshare support if a loaner isn’t available that day.
